In my quest for a smaller size of jeans that I recently tried the Scarsdale diet. It 'was designed by a real doctor, like a good healthy alternative. I wish I would talk about this diet, someone actually tried that before I committed. What follows is the overhaul of Scarsdale diet from one of his followers:

The Scarsdale diet is a diet plan 1-2 weeks, the food consists of% consisting of 43% protein, 22.5 fat, and34.5% carbohydrate. Typical results from someone who is close to the plane of twenty pounds of weight loss of ten.
